Okay, let me tell you — I have been manifesting this trip for months, and it is finally, officially happening. I am heading to the Summer Fancy Food Show 2026 in New York City, June 28–30 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, and y’all, I am READY. This year’s show is the 70th anniversary edition, organized by the Specialty Food Association, with 2,500+ exhibitors and 13,000+ attendees expected on that floor. Seventy years of specialty food excellence — and I get to be part of it. I did not take this lightly.
I attended the Winter Fancy Food Show in San Diego not too long ago, and that experience genuinely changed how I move as a creator. It taught me how to work a trade show floor — how to spot a great product, how to talk to founders, how to find the hidden gems buried between the big booths. San Diego was my training ground. New York City? New York is the main stage. This is the big league upgrade I’ve been working toward, and I’m showing up as a full travel and food content creator, camera in hand, heart wide open.

✨ What I’m Looking For on That Floor
My lens going into this show is very intentional. Over the past year, my relationship with food has shifted in the most beautiful way — and I am walking that floor specifically hunting for healthy, organic, gluten-free, and better-for-you brands that actually deliver on flavor. I want functional beverages, clean-label snacks, artisan gluten-free finds, and the kind of small-batch hot sauce that makes me stop mid-taste and just stare at the ceiling. That is the bar. I’m also watching the 2026 specialty food trends closely — SenseMaxxing, gut health, adaptogens, global flavors — because the future of food is being written right now, and I want to be first to share it.
I’m manifesting a few specific things for this trip: discovering at least one brand that becomes my signature recommend, connecting with founders who are ready to tell their story, and sipping something in a booth that genuinely blows my mind. Oh — and I’m landing in NYC as a Hilton Diamond and Marriott Bonvoy member, so I’ll also be scoping out the best Midtown hotel options near Javits. The Conrad, the Marriott Marquis, the W — I have my eye on several properties and I’ll be sharing all of it. Because how you stay matters just as much as where you go.
💜 Follow Along — Let’s Do This Together
If you’re a brand founder and your product is gluten-free, better-for-you, or just genuinely incredible — please find me on that floor. I want to meet you. And if you’re a fellow food and travel content creator following along from home, I want you in on every moment of this.
