✈️ Arrival in New York & My Hilton Diamond Stay
For this year’s Summer Fancy Food Show, I stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Times Square West — the closest Hilton property I could find that made the entire weekend smooth and stress‑free.
I’m currently Hilton Diamond, not Diamond Reserve (yet!), but the Diamond perks still came through in a big way. The 1 PM late checkout was clutch, especially since the show wrapped at 3 PM. It gave me time to rest, pack, and head out without rushing — exactly the kind of convenience I look for when I’m filming, attending events, and juggling creator responsibilities.
I booked the stay using a mix of Hilton Honors points and my Hilton credit card, which helped me earn stay credits toward my goal of reaching Diamond Reserve this year.
🍫 Gourmet Highlights From the Summer Fancy Food Show

The Summer Fancy Food Show was packed with gourmet discoveries — chocolates, sauces, drinks, snacks, and innovative products from brands around the world. I tasted more than I could ever list, so I’m focusing on the standouts.
🌾 Gluten‑Free Finds
I found an impressive range of gluten‑free products this year. I’ll be inserting my full GF list here once I finish sorting through everything.
Expect categories like:
- GF crackers
- GF pastas
- GF baked goods
- GF sauces & condiments
- GF snacks that don’t taste GF

🎁 Generous Brands & Future Collaborations
Some founders were incredibly generous and excited to collaborate. A few gifted me samples that I’ll be featuring in upcoming content, including:
- Mazetti Balsamic
- Wips
- Hoxy
- Sabatino Truffle
- Mae Fine Foods
- UnMeat
- Gelly Jelly and more!
These weren’t just samples — they were relationship starters. I’ll be creating and have already created TikToks, Reels, and blog features for the brands that align with my luxury‑meets‑practical creator style.

I received so many samples — chocolates, candies, sauces, drinks, snacks — too many to list. But I’ll be listing my favorites on my blog once I finish editing and sorting through everything.
I also connected with several brands that were interested in collaborating, and a few asked me to return at 3 PM on the last day so they could give me additional samples. Unfortunately, because of time constraints — and honestly, how massive the event was — I wasn’t able to make it back to their booths. Security was also strict, and attendees were only allowed to leave the convention with one bag.
Sorry, brands! If you’d still like to reach out, you can DM me at fitnesstraveller@gmail.com or message me on Instagram.
This blog and my tiktoks/instagram will include:
- Best sweet treat
- Best savory bite
- Best items to travel with
- Best “I didn’t expect to love this” item
- Best gluten‑free item
- Best brand story

🧳 Closing Thoughts & Future Events
The Summer Fancy Food Show reminded me why I love attending food and travel conventions:

- The opportunity to discover new brands before they blow up
I’ll definitely be attending:
- Expo West
- Winter Fancy Faire

- More travel conventions
- More creator‑friendly expos
This year, I’m also working toward Hilton Diamond Reserve and working my way to Bonvoy Platinum, which will make future travel even smoother — more upgrades, more perks, more comfort while I create.
